Good Morning All,

“It’s only after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow, and transform.”
― Roy T. Bennett

We become so comfortable in the mundane or the sameness of our day and our lives. But that feeling of comfortability is not joy or happiness, but rather contentment. There is so much more that we can achieve and be if we step outside our comfort zone. Once we take that tiny step beyond our normal, we begin to see change and growth and our transformation into newness is already underway. In your routine of comfortability you might achieve the same results over and over and feel accomplished because something has been completed. But if you want to achieve something more or conquer those lingering dreams you have, you’ll need to change the process in order to change the result. This means submerging yourself in the uncomfortable, no matter how scary it may seem. So today, as you plan your week and the tasks that you need to complete, I encourage you to find areas where you can move outside your comfort zone. These don’t have to be big grand gestures. They can be small steps or even tip-toes outside of your normal routine. Then look back on those steps and the impact they made toward your day and your overall goal and see the transformation that’s occurring. If you feel up to it, share with someone the areas where you stepped out of your comfortability. It will inspire you to keep going and maybe inspire others to do the same.

Have a great day!
