Part of the reason why I chose Mondays for my motivational emails was just for this reason. Some of us dread Monday mornings! It means going into a job we don’t like or starting a week that we feel annoyed by before it starts. When some people think of Mondays, they think of annoyance, frustration and sadness. Our thinking is naturally already consumed by so many negative thoughts that feeling this way about Mondays can seem like the easy choice. However, for many of us, Monday is the start to our week. Because it is the beginning of our week, we need to change our thoughts around it so that the tone for the week can change too.

➡️ Identify the areas of your life where you want to be happier and healthier.
